Professional Minutes handles meeting audio, transcripts, minutes, account information, and billing state only for operating the meeting recorder and minutes workflow.

Meeting content may contain business-sensitive information and should be reviewed before sharing.

Audio and transcript handling depends on the active app workflow and connected service configuration.

The product does not claim external compliance certifications.

Users can request account and data deletion through the deletion request page.

Google User Data

Professional Minutes uses Google Sign-In only for authentication through Supabase Auth.

When you choose Google Sign-In, Professional Minutes may access your Google account email address, name, profile picture if available, and Google account unique identifier / OpenID subject ID.

Professional Minutes does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google account content.

Google user data is used for account creation, login authentication, identifying the signed-in user, preventing duplicate accounts, maintaining secure login sessions, and basic profile display or personalization.

Google Sign-In profile data is stored only as needed for authentication and account management. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.

Google user data is not sold, is not shared for advertising, and is not sent to OpenAI for meeting transcription or minutes generation.

Professional Minutes complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features.
