Privacy Policy

Professional Minutes handles account data, meeting content, AI Knowledge, analytics choices, support diagnostics, and payment state only to operate the meeting recorder and minutes workflow.

Meeting content may contain business-sensitive information and should be reviewed before sharing.

Audio, staged recordings, transcripts, generated minutes, AI Knowledge, and related processing artifacts are user-scoped and are covered by the authenticated deletion request workflow.

Analytics events are consent-controlled and are deleted with the analytics subject when withdrawal or an account deletion workflow requires it.

Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, and provider-backup records may be retained as listed in the retention policy.

Services may process data outside Malaysia; the current provider categories are authentication/backend, hosting, AI processing, web payments, and Google Play verification.

The product does not claim external compliance certifications.

Users can request account and data deletion through the deletion request page.

Google User Data

Professional Minutes uses Google Sign-In only for authentication through Supabase Auth.

When you choose Google Sign-In, Professional Minutes may access your Google account email address, name, profile picture if available, and Google account unique identifier / OpenID subject ID.

Professional Minutes does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google account content.

Google user data is used for account creation, login authentication, identifying the signed-in user, preventing duplicate accounts, maintaining secure login sessions, and basic profile display or personalization.

Google Sign-In profile data is stored only as needed for authentication and account management. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.

Google user data is not sold, is not shared for advertising, and is not sent to OpenAI for meeting transcription or minutes generation.

Professional Minutes complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features.
